1 General Provisions & Formation of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jk22 platform and all its services. By visiting or using this website (jk22.lat), you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them.

jk22 is an online betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms govern the following matters: opening and managing accounts, financial transactions, bonuses and promotional offers, gaming rules, prohibited activities, and dispute resolution procedures.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at jk22, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

jk22 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. The verification process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. The platform reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. jk22 reserves the right to verify the age of any account, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately. All funds held in a minor's account may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at jk22:

• bKash — direct mobile banking
• Nagad — direct mobile banking
• Rocket — direct mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposit requests below the specified amount will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit after opening a new account at jk22, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date and conditions.
• Bonus eligibility applies once per account.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• jk22 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games offered on jk22 are operated by technology that ensures impartial and random outcomes. The platform is committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Sports Betting

It is recommended that you read the rules and odds carefully before placing a sports bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available in certain circumstances.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is affected by a technical error or interruption, jk22 will make a decision on a fair and reasonable basis. Claims arising from software or hardware failures may not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jk22 platform:

• Cheating, fraud, or playing or betting by any other dishonest means
• Abusing bonuses or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Using software, bots, or automated tools
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
• Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on the platform's systems
• Harassing or engaging in harmful behaviour toward other users
• Opening or operating an account using false information
• Violating any rule or condition of the platform

8 Account Suspension, Closure & Disciplinary Action

8.1 jk22's Rights

jk22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms
• In the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification
• For legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time by emailing [email protected]. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, though different rules may apply to active bonuses or pending bets.

9 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

You agree that if jk22 or its partners suffer any loss as a result of your breach of the Terms, you will be liable to compensate for that loss.

11 Changes, Amendments & Validity of Terms

11.1 Right to Make Changes

jk22 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are significant, an effort will be made to notify users in advance.

11.2 Validity & Legal Interpretation

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. In the event of any dispute over the interpretation of the Terms, jk22's interpretation will be considered final.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jk22 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
